Our Monte Pollino Contadino unfiltered extra virgin oil is made in the traditional manner that the contadino (farmers) have been making olive oil over the centuries. We pick the olives by hand and crush them immediately after they have been harvested. We do not filter the oil; let it settle naturally and then we bottle it. The end result is an all natural golden olive oil as nature had intended. Use it generously in salads, over fish and boiled meats, in coups or just dip in with some crusty bread.
